Bootup Issues

1. Locate the controller.
   1. Controller location should be listed in the commissioning documentation.
   2. You may see an illuminated black screen or a screen stuck in boot-up.

2. Perform a soft reset.
   1. With a paperclip or something of a similar diameter, press and hold the reset button located to the immediate left of the ethernet cable on the underside of the controller.
   2. Confirm power on. If EC2000 does not power on, continue to next step.
3. Perform a hard reset.
   1. Check ethernet cable connection at controller.
      1. Ethernet cable connects on right side of controller, along the bottom. (Image 1.3)
      2. Inspect ethernet cable for damage.
   2. Unplug ethernet cable.
   3. Unplug power cable and wait 5 minutes.
   4. Plug power cable back in and wait 5 minutes.
   5. Plug ethernet cable back in.
   6. Confirm power on. If EC2000 does not power on, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
