Accessing Reports In Browser

You can run a variety of reports in GridPoint Energy Manager (GEM) to gain insight into your site and energy usage or HVAC details.

Accessing Reports

Log in to GEM from a browser.

In Browser

  1. Select a site.
  1. Go to Data > Reports.
  1. Click the Site & Energy or HVAC, Schedules & Controls tab.
  2. Click the circle toggle next to the type of report you want to run. Details for each report are in the pictures above.
  3. If desired, provide a name for the report in the box under Report Properties.
  4. Click Run.
  5. A pop-up window below the My Reports button at the top right of the page will indicate that the report is running and will be available shortly.
  1. Once the report has finished running, you can access it by clicking the My Reports button.
  1. Use the dropdowns in the first three columns to select filters for Report Type, Name or Status.
  2. Click the Download button next to the report you would like to download.
    1. Reports download as .xlsx files.
  3. Click the Delete button next to any report you would like to delete.
  4. If a report has not finished running and you would like to cancel it, click the Cancel button.
