Overview - Sites
Table of Contents
The sites tab gives listing of all sites that the user has access to view. There is a search window if looking for specific site.
Clicking on the account number will bring the user to site information. From this page the user can toggle to Site Details, Insights, Assets and Install.
Site Details
Insights
The savings have to be shared with GridPoint to populate this section.
The Insights page for a site shows local temperature and humidity information at the top of the page.
Assets
Comfort settings, schedules, and overrides are managed on the Space, not on the individual asset. HVAC assets on this page are grouped under the Space they belong to.
This page lists all assets and their information, lets you place overrides and adjust schedules at the Space level, schedule an HVAC test, and view connectivity.

Information
You can toggle between weekly and monthly HVAC Hardware Efficiency.
Override
To place a temporary override, click the stopwatch icon on the Space row, then set the heating and cooling setpoints, duration, and mode in the override dialog. The override applies to every HVAC zone in the Space.
Settings
Open the Space’s Settings to manage its comfort settings, schedule, Optimal Start and Stop, and schedule exceptions. To add an exception, use Add Schedule Exception on the Space Settings page.
Scheduled Tests
If you click on the Set Up HVAC Test button you can Schedule HVAC Health Test.
Connectivity
You can toggle by month and year the connectivity of the asset.
Install
HVAC Info
HVAC Info displays the different HVAC units and gives details on the HVAC and Pre-Install Test Results.
Site Photos
Site Photos provides images of different areas of the store. There are images of the devices and where they are placed.
Equipment
The Equipment submenu provides details on the Main Load and Thermostats.
Controller Details
The Controller ellipsis will give Controller Details including Serial Number and Controller Connection.
Main Load
Main load ellipsis opens a submenu where you can see Meter Reading and Meter Details.
Meter Details include all information pertaining to the Meter itself.
Thermostat Details
Each thermostat has an ellipsis give the user Thermostat Details on the device itself and HVAC Test Results.
Install Photos
The Install Photos give the images of different devices.
