GridPoint Intelligence - iOS app
The GridPoint Intelligence platform iOS app brings the most-used features from the desktop app to your iOS enabled phone or device. The app provides users quick access to sites, HVAC & Lighting assets, and critical alerts.
Login
After downloading the app from the App Store, enter your login credentials and click Submit.
- If you have any issues logging in, use the Forgot Password? option.

Tenants
After logging in, you will be brought to the Tenants view. Most customers will only have one tenant, but for those customers that manage multiple distinct businesses, you will see options to view individual tenants.

- Tap a tenant to explore sites, assets and alerts.
Individual Tenant View
Tapping on a single tenant will bring you to an overview of every GridPoint Intelligence enabled site owned by that tenant.

- The yellow top bar indicates there are sites with issues that need to be addressed.
- Tapping the VIEW button will show only the sites with current issues.

- Sites can be organized into subfolders. Changing the organization of your sites must be done in the GridPoint Intelligence desktop web view. Instructions for these steps are also within the GridPoint Intelligence documentation. GridPoint AI Assistant can provide you with the necessary steps for organizing your sites.
- Selecting an individual site will bring you to that site's assets view.
Assets
A site's individual HVAC & Lighting assets can be accessed and modified via the site asset page.

- If a site has HVAC & Lighting controls through GridPoint Intelligence, you will see two tabs; one for HVAC assets and one for Lighting assets.
- Tap the tabs to cycle between views.
- The Map button at the bottom of the page provides the site location on a Google Maps view either in your Google Maps app or internet browser app.
- The Globe button brings you to the site information page on the web version of GridPoint Intelligence.
- The Phone button allows you to quickly call the number listed for the site.
HVAC Assets - Thermostats
On any site view, tapping the Thermostats tab will provide a view of every thermostat at the site.
- The yellow Alert indicator next to a thermostat indicates an issue with the asset.
- Tap the Alert indicator for more details.
- The example below shows an Alert for a Runtime review issue.
- Provides detailed issue description.
- Provides time and date of issue detection.

- Tap an individual Thermostat to see more detail and set overrides.
- The top left icons indicate:
- online/offline status
- HVAC efficiency
- The % at the top right indicates humidity (if applicable to your monitoring setup)
- The graphic in the middle shows:
- current temperature
- current status (idle, heating/cooling stage)
- supply temperature
- The information displayed below the current temperature graphic displays:
- currently selected Comfort Setting
- currently selected operating schedule
- The top left icons indicate:

HVAC Assets - Thermostats - Overrides
Tapping the Set override button allows the user to create temporary overrides for individual thermostat controlled HVAC assets.

- Select the updated heat and/or cool temperature and the duration.
- Tap Save override.
HVAC Assets - Thermostats - Update Settings
To update the Comfort Settings or Schedule, tap the Change Settings button.

- Select the desired Comfort Setting and/or Schedule from the appropriate drop-down menu, and click Save settings.
NOTE: These settings adjustments are PERMANENT until someone manually updates the settings again.
Lighting Assets

On any site view, tapping the Lighting tab will provide a view of every lighting section at the site.
- The yellow Alert indicator next to a light indicates an issue with the asset.
- Tap the Alert indicator for more details.
- Tap an individual light to see more detail and set overrides.
- The top left icons indicate:
- online/offline status
- override status
- The graphic in the middle shows if the lights are on or off.
- The information below the middle graphic shows if the light is currently in an override status (i.e. not following schedule due to manual override)

Lighting Assets - Overrides
Tapping the Turn on/Turn off button allows the user to create temporary overrides for individual lighting sections.
- This will remain in place until the next scheduled change of status.
Lighting Assets - Update Settings
To update the lighting Schedule, tap the Change Settings button.

- Select the desired schedule from the drop-down menu and tap Save settings.
NOTE: These settings adjustments are PERMANENT until someone manually updates the settings again.
App Settings
The app Settings cog icon brings you to the Logout button.
