  1. Locate the TS101 thermostat.

 

  1. Check that the power LED is illuminated.
    1. If there is a power LED, there is no power issue. Contact GridPoint Support if you are still experiencing issues with the thermostat.
  2. Is there physical damage?
    1. If yes, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
  1. Verify there are no power issues to the building or breakers that have been flipped.
    1. If there are power issues at the site, you will need to reach out to your facilities team. GridPoint cannot resolve site power issues.
    2. If there are no power issues, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
