  1. Locate the TS150 Thermostat.
  2. Check the thermostat address.
    1. Tap the TS150 screen to wake it. The address is shown in the top left of the home screen.
    2. To confirm, tap the Menu button (three lines) at the top right, then tap Diagnostics. The address is shown on Diagnostics screen 1. The Menu button sits at the top right of the TS150 screen and appears as three horizontal lines.
    3. Compare it with the address configured for that thermostat in GEM (Configuration > Configuration Module > GridPoint Equipment > Thermostats > Port Address) or in GridPoint Intelligence.
    4. Make sure no other thermostat on the same RS-485 chain uses the same address. This often happens after a thermostat is replaced by a site or HVAC tech.
  3. Open the device and check that communication wiring is firmly connected at terminal.
    1. To open, pinch the front plate by applying pressure at the top and bottom of the face plate and squeezing towards each other. Pull forward to remove it from its backplate.
  4. Is there physical damage?
    1. If the thermostat or the internal components are damaged, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
    2. If no, continue to the next step.
