  1. Locate the TS150 Thermostat.
  2. Check that the screen is illuminated.
    1. If not, the thermostat may be experiencing power issues. Contact GridPoint Support for more details.
  1. Is there physical damage?
    1. If no, continue to the next step.
    2. If yes, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
  1. Check the thermostat’s fan mode and verify it is in either “on” or “auto”, depending on what the customer is expecting to have.
    1. Fan is “on” mode: This means the fan will be always blowing. Checking the schedule can verify when this status should be set to “on”.
    2. Fan is “auto” mode: This means the fan will turn on when needed.
    3. If the fan still is not functioning as anticipated, contact GridPoint Support for more details.
