  1. Turn on breaker supplying 120 VAC. 
  2. Measure voltages across TS2 terminals. 
  3. Check for loose connections on TS2 terminals. 
  4. Set JMP1 switch to appropriate voltage setting for the site. 
    1. Most US sites will be 115 VAC 
    2. Check for lights 
      1. If no, transformer may be blownSet JMP1 switch to appropriate voltage setting.
