Increase or decrease the temperature of a zone (GEM)

1. Locate EC2000 controller.

2. Tap the “HVAC” icon on the lefthand side menu bar.
   1. This will display all the thermostat locations currently connected to your EC2000 controller.
3. To change the temperature for a location, tap that location name in the menu.
4. Tap the up or down arrows to adjust the heating or cooling setpoint.
   1. The heating and cooling setpoints can be adjusted up or down three (3) degrees. These changes will last for up to two (2) hours.

Increase or decrease the temperature of a zone (GridPoint Intelligence)

1. Locate EC2000 controller.

2. Tap the “HVAC” icon in the top lefthand corner.
   1. This will display all the thermostat locations currently connected to your EC2000 controller.
3. To change the temperature for a location, tap that location name in the menu.
4. Tap the up or down arrows to adjust the heating or cooling setpoint.
   1. The heating and cooling setpoints can be adjusted based on current Override Profile for the asset. This is set up in GridPoint Intelligence admin. Refer to the GridPoint Intelligence article on Override Profiles for more details.
   2. If the asset's Override Profile allows for Cancel on Schedule, you will be able to toggle this on or off.
   3. If the asset's Override Profile does not allow for Cancel on Schedule, the override will last the entire duration selected, regardless of schedule changes.

Adjust Fan Configuration

1. Locate EC2000 controller.

2. Tap the “HVAC” icon on the lefthand side menu bar.
   1. This will display all the thermostat locations currently connected to your EC2000 controller.
3. To adjust the fan mode for a location, tap that location name in the menu.
4. Locate a frame box with a fan inside as a drawing, it should be at the far right of the screen.
   1. Tapping such box will adjust the fan to either “Auto” or “On”.
   2. This adjustment will be temporarily (1 hour tops), due to policies of the site.

Adjust/Change Lightning Schedule

1. Locate EC2000 controller.

2. Tap the “Loads” icon on the lefthand side menu bar.
   1. This will display all the lights being in control by us
3. To override the area you want, read the label and then press the box at the far right end
   1. By tapping on the box you will be able to change the time the lights will be overridden for
      1. 30 minutes
      2. 60 minutes
      3. 90 minutes
      4. 120 minutes
      5. Cancel override
