Power Steps

  1. Check voltage at the AcuRev voltage terminals. 
    1. The power is jumped from one single phase of the metering breaker. 
      1. In image below, V1 phase is jumped over to the L (live) input for power. 
      2. VN should be jumped over to N (neutral) 
  1. Check breaker. 
  2. Confirm connections are solid and correct per diagram.
  3. Replace meter.

Communication Steps

  1. Confirm proper RS-485 connections. 
  2. Confirm correct meter addressing on the meter via LCD screen (valid addresses are 111-120). 
  3. Turn metering/power breaker off for at least 2 minutes then turn on and check meter communication again.
